Good at your job, but on your own. Good at your job, and now in your team too.

Good professionals often become managers without anyone teaching them how. In coaching and small leadership programmes they practise with their real situations: the difficult conversation, the packed meeting, their own diary.

When you call us

  • A strong specialist has just become a manager.
  • The management team talks a lot and decides little.
  • Your director wants a sounding board outside the organisation.
  • Managers get stuck in difficult conversations.
Ch.2

How we go about it

  1. 1

    Intake

    one conversation

What are you running into, and what do you want to do differently in six months? Sometimes with 360-degree feedback.

  2. 2

    Coaching or programme

    three to six months

Six one-to-one sessions, or five half days with a group of 8 to 12 managers.

  3. 3

    Practice

    in between

With your own situations: the bad-news conversation, the packed meeting, the diary that always fills up.

  4. 4

    Looking back

    afterwards

What do you do differently now, and what does your team notice? Together with your own manager.

Appendix A · Invitation

A first conversation costs you an hour. Nothing else.

We come to you, or you come to our office on Voorbeeldstraat. You outline the situation. After an hour you know whether we can help, and what that would look like.
