Wedding in the orchard
A walking dinner for 120 guests in a tent among the apple trees.

What they wanted
Bregje and Rutger didn't want a hall, but their own place: the orchard of Rutger's parents. No power, no kitchen, but 120 guests and a party until midnight.
How we solved it
We brought our mobile kitchen, a quiet generator and a washing-up station. The tent was set with its long side along the trees, so staff could come in from the kitchen round the back without crossing the dance floor.
At half past eleven the last round went out: baked apple from the orchard, with vanilla ice cream.
The set-up
This is how it looked that evening, drawn as in our running order. It shows the cooks where the kitchen goes and the staff which route they walk.
