Personal training

1 to 1 · 60 min · 1 to 3× a week

One to one, a full hour of attention for your technique.

Coach guiding a woman of around 40 through a barbell squat in a small studio, black rubber floor, chalk dust in the light from a high window, wide shot

Personal training at Kracht & Koers

You train alone with your coach, in a quiet studio with no mirrored wall full of onlookers. We start with the basics: lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying and squatting. Every set goes in your logbook, so each week we know exactly what the next step is.

  • Tailored programme, adjusted every four weeks
  • Technique first, weight later
  • We work around injuries and complaints
  • A measurement every six weeks

A common question from beginners

What if I have an injury?

Then we start with a screening and, if you’re happy with that, talk to your physio. Many complaints actually ease with well-dosed strength work.
