What this treatment does

When a joint in your neck or back moves too little, muscles and nerves take over. A manual therapist finds exactly which level is stuck and frees it with targeted techniques. Then you keep it moving with a few exercises.

  • Specific examination of each vertebra
  • Gentle mobilisations or a short manipulation
  • For headaches, dizziness and tingling
