How your course of treatment goes

Seven steps, from signing up to finishing. Measuring runs through all of it.

The first appointment

45min

Bring: ID, health insurance card, sportswear and a towel.

01

Online, with the complaint finder or by phone. No note from your GP needed.

02

Screening

Ten minutes of questions to rule out that you should really see your GP.

Red flags

  • Fever or night sweats
  • Unexplained weight loss
  • Pain that gets worse at night
  • Numbness around your bottom

03

Examination and measuring

Body chart, range of motion in degrees, strength and a questionnaire about your daily activities.

We measure left and right.

04

Treatment plan

A goal you can measure, and how many appointments we expect it to take.

05

Treatment and exercise

At the practice and at home, with exercise videos in your own app.

06

Remeasuring

In week 3 and week 6 we measure again. If there is no progress, we adjust the plan.

  1. 95°Intake
  2. 108°Week 2
  3. 121°Week 4
  4. 132°Week 7
  5. 139°Week 10

07

Finishing

Your GP gets a short report, only with your consent.

Treatment and exercise go hand in hand: what you practise in the gym, you carry on at home.

Your exercises in your pocket

After each appointment, your exercises are in the app with a short video. You tick off what you did and note how much it hurt. That way your therapist knows how your week went at the next appointment.

Book your first appointment

Pick a time. Reception confirms it the next working day. Doesn’t it suit you? Call us and we will gladly move things around.
