Cakes and pastries
Fresh from our own oven every morning.
The oven goes on at half past six. There is always apple pie, the rest changes with the menu: this autumn pear with hazelnut and a cinnamon bun with cardamom. Order a whole cake for a party or a Friday afternoon at work two days ahead.
Apple pie is always there, tall and with plenty of cinnamon. The rest changes with the season: peach tart in summer, orange cake in winter. We twist the cinnamon buns the Swedish way, with cardamom in the dough.
Whatever is left at five goes home with the team or to the food bank. We would rather bake a little too little.
In the display case
We bake every morning from half past six. When it is gone, it is gone.

How a baking morning goes
- Doortje turns on the oven. The cinnamon bun dough has been rising all night.
- Apple pie and banana bread go in. The brownies are from last night and still need cutting.
- Cinnamon buns go in, then the orange and cardamom glaze.
- First guests arrive. The display case is not full yet, but it already smells of cinnamon.
- The pear and hazelnut tart has cooled and goes into the display case.
Order a whole cake
For a birthday, at work or just on a Tuesday. Order two days ahead, collect from 09:00.
